La Leche League of Austin, covering Austin and surrounding areas like Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Oak Hill, Kyle, and San Marcos, is part of an international, non-profit, nonsectarian organization dedicated to providing information, support, and encouragement to women who wish to breastfeed their babies. We provide this through free support meetings for mothers held monthly in various locations across the area, facilitated by accredited La Leche League Leaders. We also provide access to La Leche League publications through lending libraries and free telephone help from accredited La Leche League Leaders.

Meetings are held throughout the Austin area in various locations, times, and days. All women -- especially pregnant women and new mothers -- are invited to our meetings, and babies are always welcome! If you need breastfeeding assistance, call or email a Leader at any time. Before attending your first meeting, you may want to call or email the Leader to verify there have been no changes to the meeting time or location.
